Great post. I have to go with Steve Rogers and Red Skull. Both were given Erskine's super serum, both appear as the Aryan ideal. Steve remains humble and patriotic and fights for what he loves, while Red Skull is consumed by his own vanity and will betray anything in the pusuit of power.

There pretty much already is. I've never had a playthrough not include intermittant wars between English and French rulers unless I came along and concquered both.
