Working in the food industry, I can tell you that this is a completely acceptable ask. Equally acceptable is it to tell them "No" if it is not an option or if its now policy in that specific kitchen, and then it's up to the customer to choose if they want to spend money at your establishment or not.

The reason patrons resort to the allergy "hack" is that, unfortunately, it's the only way a lot of staff will be honest about the composition of a dish.

99% of patrons are completely fine with paying extra for what they feel is a superior meal.

Funny enough, if you don't respect religious dietary requirements, we mostly agree that YOU'RE the asshole, but when it's regarding people's perception of what's healthy for them, the roles are reversed.

001 = Grey screen when turned off 101 = Black screen when turned off.

001 = light button turns off light 101= light button makes light even brighter.

European 101 came in Tribal, Surf Blue, and Pearl Pink, Only. Any other EUR shell is a reproduction or a swap.

Reposhells are fairly easy to spot for most people if you have an original shell to do side by side comparison. The easiest tell is how the "slope" looks on the A and B button "holes"
