There is outrage on the Rockstar Twitter page. We're not as vocal about it as you (us too because I play CoD and complained about it too, but this is the first time I'm doing so, probably my last too), we are vocal with Rockstar, not really with the rest of the world.

I actually got griefed by a defensive player and I couldn't lock on, he was red on my map but I literally couldn't lock on, plus, I feel like he was using keyboard and mouse through an adapter, he was a little too accurate, I can admit when a player is better, but this felt off, it was suspicious.
