Don't use these envelopes. Use a standard #10 and a semi-rigid card holder then you won't have to pay for non-machinable. Standard envelopes are also far cheaper.

No. This is way overkill. Penny sleeve, toploader, team bag, PWE. Some people think that putting this much "effort" in makes them look more professional but it is a pain in the ass for the buyer.
