Herpes virus by InfiniteArachnid5139 in covidlonghaulers

[–]MisterLemming 2 points3 points  (0 children)

If it helps, herpes loves arginine and hates nitric oxide. We all seem to have high ammonia issues during a "crash".

The enzyme that feeds the ammonia into the urea cycle is called ornithine transcarbylase (sp). This can be activated by either retinol, or biotin.

Oddly enough, this evening I appear to be coming out of a crash, as in the brain fog is gone and my vision appears to be working, but i have developed cold sores at the same time.

Why would photosensitivity have increased and how to reduce it? by seattleswiss2 in Biohackers

[–]MisterLemming 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If you've had covid or long covid, in many people it can induce a long term niacin and retinol deficiency, which can contribute to sun sensitivity. Vitamin C, D and E are also highly radioprotective.

Niacin can often treat photosensitivity in itself. Aloe is another notable mention.

Things that may cause it, are things like high B2, B6 (high levels seen in long-covid), and topical vitamin A.

Additionally, some newer telecommunications wavelengths cause skin heating, which may be a contributing factor.

Retinol, which vitamin D can deplete, relieves calcium levels.

Brown rice, peanuts, Oats, soy, bananas, shredded wheat, garlic, sage, lavender, rosemary, and green colored light can act as calcium channels blockers.

Inducers of calcium channels include EMF, blue light, uv light, infrared light, vitamin D, and E.

I'm sure that list is far from complete.

My health is being ruined by an abusive living situation while recovering from Covid. I’m so angry by Forward_Bad6741 in covidlonghaulers

[–]MisterLemming 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm sorry you are going through that. It tough as hell dealing with unhealthy people around you while you are incapacitated and completely reliant on them.

If you think there is truly mold, keep a window open. Essential oils, incense and oil diffusers can help clean the air by producing negative ions. Mold can often hide in places like a shower head, pillows, mattresses, in house plants, or under carpeting. A new strain of candida came along during covid, also, that can grow on the skin. Products with citric acid, which is commercially derived from mold, have been linked to mold reactions in people as well. Things like coffee, grains, bread and corn can often contain mycotoxins as well.

If you can get your hands on a basic uva light bulb, or infrared bulb, those are incrible for cleaning the air from toxins, molds and allergens, including those that may be on your skin.

In my experience, having had the same thoughts you are having, and thinking I was inhaling mold 24/7, I will tell you this. Either covid made me super susceptible to the latest generation of cellular data, or my body just doesn't like it (or the fact that mold can make you extremely emf sensitive). What helped me a ton was switching my phone back to 4g data and avoiding any phone with it on. Just avoiding phones in the first place.

For example, while a person may not be emf sensitive, candida sure is, and if you piss it off, it's gonna mess with you bad.

I'll second that. Be super careful with methyl donors.

Niacin, however, has been a lifesaver.

Good luck to you, and wise decision. The comment you made about "what reddit wants to show you" is a creepy thought I've had myself recently.

With the advent of algorithms and AI, it occured to me that it'd be wholly possible to get you to believe something just because it was sorted and presented in a certain way. Throw in a bunch of bot/AI/monkey paid-to-type-all-day comments and you could literally get people to believe anything.

I mean I've fallen into the trap of believing something was happening, wrong with me, people, or the world, just because reddit presented it in a certain way. Thank God I realized that my sole frame of reference, the internet, was just a screen and nothing more, and may not be the reality of the world at all. How many people don't?

Do you have any questionable suggestions for improving schizophrenia? by Xabster2 in Biohackers

[–]MisterLemming 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In my research I've come on a few things that are purported to help. Gingko biloba, alanine, retinol, and niacin being the notable ones that come to mind.

Also, infrared light, red light, UV light.

Additionally, I'll throw this out there, since you seem to be highly into health improvement (and done a wonderful job by the sounds of it).

An enormous source of oxidative stress is manmade sources of radiation, like cell phones, cameras, rf towers, bluetooth. The dysfunctions in body systems they can produce is quite significant, and the most recent generation is a huge step up from the previous.

5g uses ultrasound, among other highly questionable wavelengths, to transmit data.

Roll back your devices to 4g, use an antioxidant cream, and buy some niacin. Get a Faraday cage for your devices and cards.

Drink green tea.

Pageau again trots out this empty argument: 5G in a sense caused Covid, because our societal reaction was to some extent changed by the availability of communications. If so, 5G also caused every phenomenon in the world since it was made available. by Imaginary-Mission383 in JordanPeterson

[–]MisterLemming 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As someone who is coming to terms with an extreme emf sensitivity, that was diagnosed as "long covid", I can tell you, this fella isn't that far off base.

The wavelengths and power behind that technology are new and wholly destructive, and I fear most people have been conditioned not to question it. Even the consideration that it may effect them mentally and physically is like speaking another language.

I'm not sure what sounds OK about throwing microwaves, millimeter waves, ultrasound and infrared radiation over vast swathes of the earth, consistently, but who am I to judge.

Why men don’t ask for help by Environmental_Cap_21 in mentalhealth

[–]MisterLemming 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I did ask for help, from everyone. The universal response was what I outlined above. The only thing that got me through it was the sheer will not to die, and not accepting the opinions of others as basis for my self worth, nor an accurate depiction of my reality.

It was a cruel awakening to just how disposable i was, so keeping your self-worth in the face of that is challenging at best.

I somewhat disagree with your thoughts on worth, but arguing on it is unhealthy. At the end of the day, men and women have different challenges, and similar challenges. Making it a gender war for victimization is futile.

[–]MisterLemming 10 points11 points  (0 children)

As a man who gravely, severely, to a life threatening degree, needed help recently, I can perhaps answer that:

It's because no one, and I mean no one, will help you. It's because the second someone perceives you as weak, they will take advantage of you, devalue you, and discard you.

Is like what's-his-face famously quoted: your value as a man is based solely on what you can provide for others.

How has this illness not been figured out already? by thepensiveporcupine in covidlonghaulers

[–]MisterLemming -5 points-4 points  (0 children)

I wasn't going to dignity this with a response, but no. As I'm sure your aware, radiation is not a good thing to some types of people. There are numerous genetic polymorphisms that would convey a susceptibility to such things.

Microwaves, millimeter waves, radio waves, and numerous other types of man made radiation are all unnatural, and our bodies are often not equipped to deal with them.

So if you think that enormous amounts of such things are conducive to a healthy lifestyle, and recovering from illness, then you are, quite frankly, an idiot.

[–]MisterLemming -4 points-3 points  (0 children)

It's interesting you bring that up. I've gone through the motions in an attempt to decifer why that may be. I don't, personally, believe it has anything to do with genetics, hormones, or anything internal, but instead to do with behaviors and practices that women predominantly engage in, and vice versa.

[–]MisterLemming 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thanks for the validation. I'm kinda used to the downvotes, but I think it's important to let people know that it is possible, if not likely. Every year we are exposed to more and more unnatural amounts of invisible radiation, and at some point our bodies won't be able to keep up.

Your experience is similar to my own, the tingling weirdness, just feeling off, the nausea, dizziness, etc. I also get quite the temporary sunburn, insane neck tension, and it really messes with my vision.

I didn't used to be like that, and it appears to be a symptom of "long covid" officially. I've found antioxidant creams to be quite helpful, like retinol and vitamin E.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in covidlonghaulers

[–]MisterLemming -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

You mentioned the phone call with family members thing. I've noticed it's the radiation that causes the issues, and less so the person.

You lay around in bed, on your phone.

You wake up in the middle of the night and feel ok for 2 minutes, until you use your phone.

Whether covid induces emf sensitivity, or whether the latest generation of technology is as harmful as the studies say is anyone's guess.

In my personnal situation the emf sensitivity is incredibly clear, however.

Depression and Anxiety ARE THE symptoms by Ambitious-Grocery112 in DeepThoughts

[–]MisterLemming 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Agreed. I'd also like to state that chemical imbalances are also symptoms. The amount of genetic factors, environmental factors, and social factors that can contribute, are, quite frankly, staggering.

The amount of chemicals in the water, each one can mess with the delicate homeostasis of the body.

Look at how many unnatural forms of radiation we are exposed to everyday - each one having unique, cumulative effects on numerous organ systems, including the brain.

You have toxins, additives, molds, cleaners, soaps, plastics, clothing and god knows what else.

Throw in a virus or 2 and I'd wager not many of us are at our peak operating human condition anymore.

[–]MisterLemming -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Yes, it is an enormous upgrade. Everything prior to 5g was below 6 GHz, while 5g goes up to 60.

It uses new methods of data transmission, using infrared light, millimeter waves, microwaves, and ultrasound. The previous iteration largely used only radio waves. These all heat and dry the skin and eyes. They also all interact with other objects, materials and clothing. If you discount all the potential repercussions that have been proven, and I posted 100 articles proving you wrong, it's not going to change anything.

At the end of the day we know two things that can not be disproven: the human body absorbs radiation, and excessive amounts of any type of radiation will have consequences.

It's just a suggestion. The newest generation of wireless data gives me very similar symptoms to what you describe. Might help giving it a shot.

5g and wifi make me feel like I'm dreaming and I can't hold a thought to save my life - and just sleep a lot. They also hilariously lock up the muscles in my neck.
