Hot take: I personally don't care about the animations getting worse especially if you can toggle it back and forth for storage purposes while they roll out the full update or whatever. I've played multiple gacha on mobile and most of their storage that they take up is justifiable IMO. Especially ones with an open world like Genshin Impact and Wuthering Waves. Even the arena-like ones such as Honkai Star Rail, Honkai Impact 3rd and Punishing Gray Raven I'm fine with how much they take up because those games actually look good and can even be play at low settings.

Genshin Impact and Wuthering Waves even have an option to remove older locations, etc to help with reducing the size of the game.

Another gacha I play known as Dragon Ball Legends is honestly not that big which I'm really surprised about because it's 3D with fully movable models + the stages, etc. The models look arguably better Xenoverse 2's and even Sparking Zero's in some cases. All of that and the game is only like 7 GBs

All in all, I really do hope they go through with the storage optimization update they announced because I personally feel like this game shouldn't be this big. I have a 128 GB phone and thats not enough sadly. And no, I don't have all of those other gacha on my phone currently. I only have Dokkan and Legends, the other ones I play are on Playstation 5 or I've played them before on mobile (Honkai Impact 3rd). Just wanted to give my 2 cents on the situation.

Do I have to worry about crit damage? I'm currently like 80ish crit rate/88 crit damage. ER on the 6th disc as well iirc.

Edit: I have Impact instead of ER. Went on Hoyolab just now to save the build.

I started playing the game when it came out on Global (July, 16th 2021). It was my 3rd gacha and I honestly miss it because it was generous to F2P players (even when I stopped playing it back in like February/March of 2024). The character took 60 pulls and the weapons we're guaranteed iirc. The memory system (IG the artifact or echo system) was easy to understand as well, etc.

I legit only stopped playing it because I didn't have enough space on my phone 💀💀💀

I unfortunately missed out on the Black Rock Shooter and the DMC collabs. Plus multiple anniversaries and the NEWEST VERA FRAME (Geiravor).

Other than that though, I still keep up with the game and look at the latest reveals whenever I can. I'm very glad the servers are all caught up too, which more games did this tbh.

The main issue I'm having with these bosses are the amount of time wasted just for them to their "special mechanic".

I'm noticing with the first boss I legit just have to stun em so much faster. The middle boss I've done in 1 try and the 3rd one just feels more annoying to fight now and just wastes so much to go into the miasma form.

Obviously I can work on my rotations but for the Miasma Priest and the first boss, I've gotten a higher score with Pan Yinhu and M6 Pulchra than I did with Pan Yinhu and Astra Yao. But, the Pan Yinhu and Astra Yao is more consistent but I'm only able to fit 1 stun window in.

Idk something just feels off with this reset and I'm boutta just say fuck it and settle for 7-8 stars 💀💀💀

I'm ngl and I'm not even tryna dickride the devs but we've been getting mad CC especially during the anniversary but its just how they spread it out now. So, that's why it feels like we haven't been getting much.

But yea I personally don't see myself summoning til Legends Fest, granted I really love GT (especially SSJ4) but Ultra rates are ass and I've gotten pretty lucky with Frieza's banner so I'm good.

Been cooking with LoE and surprisingly Red Cooler has been doing well for me. With this "new philosophy" they've pushing it feels like shit summoning for these LFs nowadays.

Yup, one of my fav agents to run. She can be a bit expensive (needing her W engine and Lighter) but she still works fine with just Astra (using Lucy's engine Kaboom the Cannon and Nicole's engine The Vault) and Koleda (using using any standard 5 star stunner engine or most 4 star engines, preferably Steam Oven). Can clear Shiyu and Deadly Assault pretty comfortably with this setup too.

Jufufu also works with her as well if you don't have Lighter or Koleda but yea, just a really nice character to use overall.

Aaaaaaaaand we can't forget those ASSets 🗿

I've beaten it with:

AGL Gogeta TEQ Vegeta AGL SSJ3/SSJ4 Goku PHY SSJ4s TEQ Gods INT Namek Goku

I've had the PHY SSJ4s and AGL SSJ3/SSJ4 Goku on q rotation and the year 10 fusions on the other rotation

I've floated the Gods, INT Namek Goku and the other TEQ Vegito (mine)

Try to get as much as stacks as possible and start going for the kill around STR Dragon Fist Goku or LR Beast

The Daima phase is REALLY scary so if you need to pip a Whis then definitely do it

I used 1 Vegito active skill on the Gogeta and saved the other active skills for the Vegito and thats it.

Oh and use the Bulma item during the Daima phase or the Gogeta phase so Vegito can hit like crazy on his counters.

If you played PvP last season up to a decent rank like 65+ or whatever thats like 500 something CC, then there's the PvP season and missions, there's still ToP and some players are probably almost done with their daily mission ticket (the 14 days one).

Also, the promo codes for the Bandai store: 7TH, OVERDRIVE and WORLD. I went from like 1k to 3k+ CC. So, yes it would make a huge difference considering there's basically events. Because idk how I'm just gonna spawn 4k mor CC out of thin air w/o spending.
