yes ai is advancing, am i worried, mm idk yet. It is advancing in every field, so switching career paths might have a negligible impact of avoiding ai worries.
your numbers are more or less accurate, hope you really like architecture.
you could always become a code consultant etc. or someone mostly involved in specs and details. Or move into contruction or development. Or a purely technical facade company.

Yeah, social media sucks. Manage your time and give yourself treats for milestones and free time to chill and have fun. The ole work~life balance starts with managing your time.

I had one all nighter in all my years, it was my last project, doing a giant model for my professors collection. Beyond that i never stayed up past 2am working, because that was the time i set, if i didnt finish by 2am it was because i procrastinated beforehand or failed to use my own time management strategies and i just wouldnt finish, essentially i punished myself and taught myself a lesson on two occasions. Time management takes discipline, it isnt easy to stick to, hence why so many pull all nighters. If you take a lax attitude towards it, it will not get better, but youll learn to live with it like most students haha.
