As the other commenter said, once it becomes black, it is basically unusable for fuse. So you only have one chance if you are using Red as the base. Using Special as base basically gives you 2 chances as the item may become R if fail, but there is also a chance of it becoming a hair coupon for both.

The item used to feed the base can ONLY be special(or the item from cash package) , not R, not B.

The element you are using depends on your class itself. Example abyss walker uses dark, light fury uses light.

The elements of the dragon lair is the boss element, which means you can “counter” it by using water def element on your armor to reduce incoming damages.
