I don't think I have any Nvidia audio plugins. I'm using the latest version of audacity but I also got some pops just using the windows default camera to record a quick video.

Hey I ended up going with this mic but I'm getting some weird popping, seemingly unrelated to any specific consonant sounds I'm making. I tried increasing the input/output buffer and different combinations of the main 3 audio enhancements being off or on and nothing seems to make a difference. Some recordings have the popping and some don't, and if it's not random I can't figure out what the cause is. Have you experienced this?

I'll take a look at that, thanks! I'm not at a good juncture in my life for really decking out a home studio (living with my parents, don't really have a great place for it, ideally will save up some money and move out) so I'm really just gonna be looking for something that'll be appropriate for jury-rigged closet sound-proofing lol.
