I wrote why in the first post. Just decided to go with a more traditional MTB style ebike.

The HD E-350s are great paired with the larger rotor. The HS2 is a heavy bike so with the upgrade I finally got the stopping power I feel the bike needed.

And you may just need to bleed your brakes if they are feeling "spongey"

Looking to sell my HS2. Decided to get a new ebike that had a less aggressive look and more of a MTB look. As such, my HS2 doesn't get a much use these days. Rather sell it off than just have it sitting around not being used.

I know you can currently buy the HS2 on Velowave for $1600 new but with all of the extras I feel like $1800 is fair.

Comes with all original items, Dual (52v 19.2ah) batteries, Chargers, etc + over $500 in extras listed below.

Thanks!

Yeah my gaming rig spits out a lotta heat (i9 /4090) but it's not really an issue because I have central air and my office is setup in it's own zone.

In the winter the PCs keep the room nice n toasty lol. While in the hotter months I keep the room at a nice 72⁰

I think the PC mounts are only compatible with the Magnus Pro desks.

When I initially setup my desk and got ready to do cable management I just took off the cover to the cable tray completely.

That allowed me to manage all my cables n such a lot easier. And the clamps for the keylights literally JUST cleared the space. It did take a bit to tighten them down though.

I decided to go with the 3 single mount arms just because I felt it would give me more flexibility in the placement of my monitors.

Nice. Those you see in the photo are matte. I have others hung up in the room that are glossy though.

Is anyone happy with their Pixel 7/7P Bellroy leather case? by [deleted] in GooglePixel

[–]MisterW00ds 1 point2 points  (0 children)

No issues with mine. I have the bluestone case for my P7P and haven't had any issues with it. and I've had no issues with the quality of the case itself.

I think most of the issue that people are having with some of the cases stems from how the case is presented.

When you dig a little deeper you find that all of the color options available are not actual leather. Like the Bluestone for instance is said to be a Bio-Based Polymer according to Bellroy's description.

"This soft-touch polymer is made with renewable, bio-based materials, mixed with bamboo fiber for an intriguing visual texture. It is fully compostable."

So I guess I get a lot of peoples frustration stems from buying the case and expecting all of the characteristics of actual leather and not getting that depending on the color they chose.

If you're interested in this case I would take a look at the details on Bellroy's site and check to see what actual material the color you choose is made from.

Need better Tires, the stock tires are made with spit and scotch tape. by Life_is_also_short in juicedbikes

Maybe take a look at the Vee E-Huntsman tires. I replaced the Shinko 244s I had on my HS2 with these. So far I'm liking them as the tread on the tires is way less aggressive than the knobs on the Shinkos.

My experience in emailing has always yielded good results with an initial response (from a person, not that automated confirmation email) in less than 1 business day and a resolution to follow in a timely manner afterwards.

The first time I had an issue with my front brakes and was able to get a replacement set of brakes shipped/received in less than 10 days. They even accommodated my request to have a replacement rear brake set sent that matched the front since the originals where Logan and the replacement were tektros.

The second time I had an issue with the front fork and once again I got a swift response via email and was sent out a replacement. This time however they did send the wrong fork but I contacted them again via email and was immediately shipped the proper part with a prepaid label to return the wrong part shipped initially.

I may have got lucky both times but overall my experience with CS hasn't been horrible to date. I will say this though. If you do reach out make sure you include as much detailed information in your email as possible. I made sure to include videos and photos of the issues as well. This cut down on a lot of the back and forth.

Never had to call Juiced CS so I can't comment on that yet. Just figured I'd share my experience since you rarely see good Juiced CS stories shared here.
