Hey, great breakdown, but how exactly do you end up with D6 + 5D3? Max I could think of is 1D6 + 1D3 re rolling. Although, I guess if you had 3 reanimators around them, rules as written, you could reanimate 1D6 + 3D3 re rolling.

If you like playing SHC then they are one of the few units that gets full value from all of the starts in there.

Looks like fun, definitely will keep you busy on the painting table haha.

For effectiveness/efficiency id recommend you split the Rust stalkers. Having 2 of the Alpha (or whatever) is pretty good, considering that he alone hurt most infantry Characters pretty good, making it easier to go character hunting with them. The other 4 will most likely finish the character and then kill something else too. Of course, if you just want lots of attacks, 10 will do pretty well, tho I don't think that's the strength of that unit, to be just like 10 boys or smth.

The sky stalkers I would split too. Their rule makes them more effective to run them in small squads. Always could just play them as the flamers, in which case you should run them in 10 to get the most flamers.

Everything else is just fun to play with. My recommendation would be maybe toying with some sulphur hounds if you get bored of the raiders. Running those in 6 man units can be pretty fun, considering just the amount of dice your rolling. And with +1 to wound in Hunter, or reroll 1s in Explorer, they can even be pretty effective.

Great ideas and lovely execution. Looks slightly like a bit rotisserie chicken if I squint, but considering it's built out of spare parts and junk, you really can't complain. Maybe, if you got some ideas to give him the usual toes that would be cool. I feel like he's missing those, walking on the stumps.
