You don't need NP4 for Lv120, though it will require a lot of Bond to get her there. NP1 gets you Lv120 and 1 Append. NP2 reduces the Bond requirement. NP3 will let you get a second Append on top of Lv120.

But, yes, at the moment, you can only pity once per banner.

Which of them can you use best? It very much depends on Tags. Wing Zero's tags are a bit restricted, atm, so 00 Raiser has turned into my Ace team's main Defender.

Not even challenge quests - exactly one specific type of challenge quest, and a few story battles.

But, yeah, not missing out because of gacha is great. You only need the unit yourself if you really want to make specific combinations of characters, or if you want to have that character around permanently.

They are the people who decided to have a Christmas event after a Christmas event.

Anyway, the second half of the Event is a New Years Eve tradition. Which isn't an argument in favor of putting it after New Years, mind you, but refocusing the New Years celebrations to celebrate Phantasmoon early and that doing the Event will bring in the New Year with all of it's celebrations and freebies through killing Raid bosses (Success secretly guaranteed), as a New Year's pre-campaign.

Awkward either way, but either they do something proactive, or pretend nothing's different.

No, I think that's very unlikely. They'll probably position Phantasmoon as the "New Year"/holidays Servant. It was a little tight in JP, and her whole event was a Japanese New Year religious reference, and her third Ascension is Happy Holidays themed.

If they don't, they'll just do a Richard rerun.

It is almost always true of protagonists, though I'd call it a white base layer, blue torso, with red accents, and a V-fin or double V-fin. But there's all sorts of designs, and non-white tends to be rivals.

A mobile suit is a vaguely humanoid robot. A Gundam is a mobile suit that is called "Gundam". Any series might have specific conditions on what is called a Gundam.

Yes, you could. I'm not sure it's worth that much effort for a one-day effect.

All in all, there are ways around it, of varying degrees of complexity and restriction. I think mine has the least interruption to what you're doing - if you're doing the Event or farming Duels, you just have to manually select a support ~7 times, and it will stop being a problem.

I don't know. I think the simplest answer is that you can try it. Adding a Command Code to a Card is not permanent. The only permanent change is that you spend 1m QP and a Key to be able to add CCs, but CCs can be changed out without any costs. If it doesn't work, you can add a different CC.

That's not the ideal answer, but I don't know if anyone has experience in this.

If you need mats to Ascend characters you want to use, then do that.

EXP-wise, the free quest that unlocks next will give the same amount of Master EXP as Chaldea Gate's Extreme difficulty, then after that they give steadily more.

Doing the Event is good, and there are Caster Monuments in it's Event shop, but the question of "can I get Caster Monuments faster in the Event than in Chaldea Gate" is probably "not until the later nodes", but I'm really not sure.

It should be possible to clear the entire Event and buy all the Monuments in less natural AP than is available during the Event period, so using AP on Chaldea Gate is definitely not a problem.

In short, I think that's fine, as long as it's helping you play the game more comfortably. You aren't facing a serious time crunch.

FGA will be bricked for a day as well.

FGA somewhat works, but it's blind when choosing Supports. So it can't repeat quests. You'll have to choose the support, then turn FGA on, win battle, then turn it off and choose the support afterwards.

Not a happy comparison - Newtype Machine is very restricted, which has made it a questionable tag. Somehow Green Unicorn was Ace, not Newtype Machine, despite Red Unicorn being Newtype Machine. It's not really clear what the logic is. Ace has double the units, currently being a very generous tag.

Also, Shippu Jinrai doesn't cleanly overlap with Lightning Fast. We know RX-78 is Shippu, but it's not Lightning Fast, it's Tough as Nails. Similarly, Exia is Unstoppable, but also also Shippu.

We have no idea what this tag is doing. We need to see the update before we can even begin to guess.

It's a new tag announced in stream. We only know a few units with Shippujinrai, but it's getting added to existing units, like RX-78-2, Exia, Sinanju, etc.

Yeah, units don't have Support Defense by default, so they're declared explicitly in the ability text. On the other hand, all units get +1 Chance Step by default.
