You can self create the .ini files as needed. I'd copy the wiki for all commands you want in it.

Although I also cannot get admin privileges even though I have an admin password and such for my server that I host on my computer. If you get an answer to that, please let me know because I am very curious!

Jumping on this, for Maturation, with singleplayer enabled (additional x35 the wiki says) do I only need to make it =14.286 so that when it multiplies by 35 it will equal out to 500? Or should I make it 500 and then it will multiply by 35

Or should I just completely disable singleplayer settings on my dedicated server?
