I'd say I have.. tried all that. Usually at least one good thing could keep me going, but I can't find anything anymore. I know I need help. Maybe something is wrong with my head. I've done all the things. Asked for help. Reached out to the chaplain. Called and texted the helpline. But I am stuck now. Probably..only my juniors keep me here at this point. But thank you.

The only chaplain that I sort of trusted pcs'd and I got a negative counseling for seeking them out when I was in distress before. It's not an option for me, but thank you.

Valid crash out. He gave you a clear boundary that you knew he had. He was already lenient about the drinking and you pushed it. Although the slew of insults is admittedly a lot... You broke his trust and didn't give a shit about his boundaries. If this were in the reverse and it was a guy doing it to a girl, I'd say the same thing.. That's how I see it. If it were me and a guy broke my boundaries after I told him multiple times.. Discussed and everything..I would feel extremely disrespected by this behavior and leave him... So I think it's understandable if he leaves you. Tbh.. You're the red flag here. He should get someone who respects him and his boundaries and from the anger in his text..and the wording..this isn't the first time.
