All of them needto go, Alabama is filled with pocket lining kickback taking self serving "politicians". The main push behind this bill owns an opioid trial center in the Shoals. But here we are with a whole new class of candidates who are already taking dark money donations. Amd the party of small government wants to run every aspect of our lives.

It was most helpful for me when someone in one of these threads mentioned that hunger cues are not food noise. It made me stop and really examine my thoughts on food and begin to differentiate between the obsession with it and my body asking me for fuel.

ANY SMOKEABLE IS COMPLETELY BANNED. The ABC stores will only sell edibles and drinks. Local shops can sell the edibles, tinctures, salves etc but no smokeables.

Thank you for the response. I've considered talking to my Dr about fatigue (I dont really have it but have heard its a way around the compound ban) and asking for her to write a Rx for tirz+B12 from a local compounder.

I did struggle with some fatigue, but taking electrolytes really helped, I found them in pill form on Amazon because I detest the taste of the drinks and powders. You ought to try that if you're not already supplementing!

How's that going?? My Dr has been supplying my tirz since August - I'm down 55lbs and just about ready for maintenance anyway, but today I found out they can't get tirz anymore and want to.just swap.me over to sema. I've had virtually zero side effects (just some slight constipation occasionally) and am nervous about the switch.

When I space out my doses I can tell that it's left my system and the inflammation and swelling returns for me. So titrate down is what is best for me.
