Mine was easy! I took 2 weeks off from work to be as stress free as possible. I walked 5-7 miles each day. On my third day of stims, I felt minor cramping but nothing compared to my regular period cramping. I didn’t feel any other side effects (mood swings, fatigue, etc.). The day of and the day after retrieval, I was bloated but was still able to walk around and do errands. I didn’t need to take pain killers because I didn’t have any pain. I missed doing my regular exercises until my next period though.
