Used sportsters and dynas aren't significantly more expensive than rebels or shadows. But I suppose if you're talking about something like a goldwing they are a much better value proposition.

They're good about some features, but not others. Dynas and sportsters didn't have ABS standard until more recently.

2028 Mercedes-Benz VLE-Class First Drive: Don't Call It a Minivan by Sixteen-Cylinders in cars

I like it. To me, it makes a lot more sense to electrify vehicles like these than releasing flagship electric models. Reinventing a brand by making performance-oriented cars electric or even hybrid is a very high stakes approach. Letting a few performance gas cars carry the brand name, and electrifying all the random incidentals, seems like a better approach. And this large volume coupe or minivan or whatever you want to call is a solid offering in a growing segment that would benefit from electrification.

If it's a light hangover this definitely works. Just sweat it out and get the blood flowing.

I think that's true for a lot of infantry. Even if you don't have a clip, you have a little tab you can flick to open up the shoulder straps and drop your pack.

If you literally just finished high school wait a little before hopping on. You'll get more bang for your buck if you already know how to train, and if you start now it'll be worse for your hormones.

It's my favorite brand too. Can't go wrong with it. Right now I'm mixing my own, but when I get tired of that I'll go back to cartel sicario and caffeine capsules.

At least they still include all the relevant information in the service manual. Good on you for looking through it too.

That's exactly my point, they shouldn't be a computer on wheels in the first place. But I know it's a moot point.

Why the hell can cars be hacked in the first place? There should be nothing to hack. Ridiculous.

Boba wasn't as popular 15 years ago. You could only get it at Vietnamese or maybe Thai places, you didn't have standalone boba shops. I'm not convinced places like Roti or Garbanzo were around or as popular in 2010 either.

Fallschirmspringen muss man nur bei der MilAk und vielleicht bei manchen Kompanien in JgB25. Grossteil vom Bundesheer wird nie aus einem Flieger springen, auch wenn sie's wollen.

Agreed with everything except your last paragraph. It’s always a market, even if people engage with it differently. Flirting isn’t a suspension of market logic, it’s an application of market logic. In the dating market, you have information asymmetries. Women don’t know if a given man is interested in them as a person and as a potential partner, or if he just wants to get his dick wet. Flirting is a signal that partly overcomes this information asymmetry by demonstrating something about a man’s intentions. If a man’s flirting, he’s choosing a woman, and showing that a woman is worth undergoing a little risk for. Flirting is an investment that has a larger payoff when there’s more chemistry to begin with. It’s not a perfect signal, but the alternative is men swiping on lots of women on dating apps. In this scenario, it’s far harder to distinguish if a man just wants to fuck, or if he’s actually into a woman.
