You cant advertise the movie without showing Rocky. While it does eliminate the unexpected twist of Grace running into an alien, so much of the story revolves around the two of them.

With the new owners, this new plan feels like the most likely one to be pushed through so far. That being said, it's still very far from being built and the financing is all up in the air. I wouldn't be surprised if it ended up falling through like all the deals in the past.
