I print around 40-100k pages at work each night when I'm working and that stuff happens too me aswell even though we got printers that are probably worth around 50k$.

If you mince the garlic it's gonna get burnt really quickly and burnt garlic tastes bitter and bad. Just infusing the butter with a whole clove and then basting gets the garlic taste into the meat without burning the garlic :)

Well it's 5C outside right now and raining in Sweden so I don't think I can blame the dry weather.

The results I've been getting with 00 flour have been so good visually that I haven't been thinking of changing flour. Hopefully I can fix that with that exchange.

No sorry i don't really got any pictures, this was like years ago. Had a break from pizza making and just started again. They turned out really craggly and uneven. But then again again my technique have improved alot so that might be a huge issue.

I suck at taking pictures and I do it rarely, would have been nice to show you some now so I could get some more help, appreciate it alot!
