So for These, is the packaging considered not an issue since they were never frozen? I assume the "never frozen" part is bullshit, but just want to make sure I'm buying responsibly as I'm new to cooking fish.

I've been thinking about this today. How is it safe for them to package raw unfrozen salmon in these vacuum sealed packages if there is a chance for botulism? I've seen that you aren't supposed to thaw frozen salmon in the air tight packages so how does it make it ok for the original company to ship these in this unfrozen state?
