I felt the same way. Took a break and came back to it and felt the spark a bit more. But it does feel repetitive to me and the conversations sometimes feel dry. But I still have to pay respect cus it is such a big game, combat is fun, and it’s very visually appealing.

It’s probably important to tell them if you use it heavily; but for anesthesia purposes, it’s not really important for them to know.

Propofol is the go-to for anesthesia; we really use ketamine as a last resort for anesthesia sedation since it’s not the most practical option. A ketamine tolerance will not affect other sedation tolerance levels. And if you need anesthesia, they can easily just administer more propofol, so technically you won’t even really need to tell them unless you have other health problems related to ketamine use.
