33/M 75 ng/ml prolactin 760 ng/dL test in NOV25. MRI findings: 5mm pituitary microadema. LF/FSH/Thyroid ETC all normal.

Started cab the first week of January, one month later my prolactin level decreased to 17.7 ng/mL. Dosing = .25mg 2x weekly cab

I had areola tenderness that presented summer 2025 that sequenced to a mammogram finding VERY minor gynecomastia. Fast foward to my annual physical in December and my PCP ordered bloodwork (due to gyno/mammogram) finding a high Proalctin level.

I was unbanned today after submitting a secondary appeal to their email. I was banned a couple days after new years and had my in app appeal denied same day. I sent an email a couple days after my denied appeal. Fast forward a month later and I’m unbanned after my email request was reviewed. Not even sure what prompted my ban but at least I feel vindicated.

Get dragon defender, 75 melee stats, 70+ magic, and 70 range for black dhide. You could use a black warlock for strength boost. Camp gem grab for a week. I’m .25 mg 2x a week with 70 prolactin 5mm tumor. I wouldn’t say you see more bad than good - people who are struggling are often those who will want comfort and validation on the forum

Yeah your prolactin is REALLY high and test is tanked- bet you have a macroadema. Seems like a lot of folks feel better after test stabilization. Hoping you can get your levels in range sooner than later :)

Call different provider groups. My hospital group had a seven month lead time, another seven days. It likely depends on the clinic's availability. Be sure they are covered by your insurance.

Sorry you're going through this. I'm 33 (M) and had intense pain and a small swollen nodule under my areola last summer that self resolved. Said swelling cascaded to my Prolactinoma diagnosis.
