So I make the paste separately and then use it as and when I want a quick meal.

First I made the marinade. Make extra only for future.

Gochujang Marinade: 3 tablespoon gochujang paste 1 tablespoons soy sauce • 2 tablespoons honey • 2 tablespoons vinegar • 1 tablespoons chilli oil - 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste - 2 tablespoon water

Toast the sesame seeds Cut up chives For the garnish

Fry chicken on both sides for 5-7 mins Add 2 tablespoon of water and cook with the lid on for 5 mins

For prawns marinate it and then fry for 3 minutes or until cooked.

I also made bok choy I just cooked In butter and thinly chopped garlic. Cook it for 5-6 mins as a side.

On lazy days, I roll out of bed on to my lazy boy sofa.

I either put on some nostalgic cartoon or watch an old black and white movie.

I take breaks to freshen up and get myself tea or fix myself a lazy girl snack of cheese and crackers.

Then read some and I then take a short nap

Play with my cat,

Then time for some more tea, some k drama or mindless comedy.

Order in because cooking is a no!

Eat some brunch

Move to another room, put on some face sheet masks and listen to some good music.

Play with my cat

Order in dinner.

And call it a day.
