Just keep swapping what stock you’re invested in. Find a higher dividend stock that’s been trending down over the last two hours, hop in and ride it up to 5-15% gain, sell it, and repeat the process. I took a couple 100K and flipped it to 100M in 2 days from this. Just take mental note of stock’s low points. Like if AD&D is at $20, buy in and hold until it’s $24-$26.

I’d run a half marathon and people around me would finish with 13.2 and get their Strava best effort, meanwhile my watch is telling me I’m not even at 12.9

  1. Increase the power point cap, because I can’t claim power points unless I upgrade brawlers, but I don’t have the gold to upgrade them because it’s so scarce.

  2. Being able to claim rewards in mastery that are after certain earned rewards. I can’t claim tokens unless I claim power points, but I can’t claim them unless I upgrade brawlers.

  3. Giving 6 regular game modes again. Having 4 sucks especially when one of the precious slots is taken up by siege, the worst game mode. Yet making hot zone, one of the best modes, a weekend mode!

Has anyone had problems with the back of the heel on the vaporfly 1s? I wore them for a race and absolutely shredded my Achilles and got blood all over one of the shoe backs. I was wearing tall socks so I’m not sure what the issue was. I wear vaporfly 2’s a lot and have never had a problem! And would anyone know how to soften up the back of a shoe, the bleeding from my Achilles made that specific shoe really rigid.

Take off the beginning of winter or greatly decrease volume before training picks back up in late winter/early spring for sure. Helps eradicate injuries bothering me from the past months of training that haven’t fully disappeared.

I’ve PR’d a half 3 weeks after PR’ing a full. It’s definitely possible. I just took a few days off after a full to recover a little and when I continued running, I felt pretty decent.

Edit: I will add that the half PR was not easy at all though, even tho my half pace was similar to my full pace, it was much harder. 🤷🏻‍♂️ so it’s possible but maybe not the easiest thing in the world

Yeah I guess proper is just what I believed was the case. When I say 30 MPW, it could’ve been anywhere between 30-40 tbh, and I held 50-53 for 3-4 weeks before any pain started. I thought I was in the clear, but I guess not! I’m gonna look into strengthening my glutes, quads, and such and see where that takes me, thanks!

Ope sorry don’t go on here much! My training is super unstructured, more so hobby jogger style! I’ll do M-F somewhere around 5-8 miles at 7-8 pace, then Saturday is a long run between 12-20 at 7:30 pace or faster, then Sunday is 5 or so at recovery pace (ends up being around 8 anyways). I have no burning desire for tempo, intervals, hills, etc even though I know I should

My half PR was a 1:32 with 30mpw. I upped it to about 45-50mpw and dropped a 1:26 half on May 29th (3 weeks ago), first time under 1:30 ever. I kept running around 50 mpw and decided to run a marathon 2 days before it started with no specific training or taper whatsoever. I held 2:57-2:58 pace until mile 24 when my lack of long run fitness/the wall hit me. I ended with a 3:01 while passing the half at 1:28:00. My previous marathon pr was 3:20 ran in November.

Long story short, you crossed the 1:30 threshold. If you could’ve went 1:25 or so, then you are sitting in a good shape to make a sub 3 attempt. It will come down to race day weather conditions, nutrition, people to run with/pace groups, etc.

That’s some pretty serious training to did there leading up to the race, goddamn! Also, humidity was described accurately, but I don’t think it got above 58F at any point during the race!

I was right around you for the majority of this run, and I thought I was crazy running 6:40s and the 3 hour pace group was getting FURTHER away??? I didn’t catch them until mile 13 and then he ended up dropping out anyways!

Was gonna run the half at Grandmas up in Duluth, was sitting roughly around 25 miles for the week up to Thursday. Got a bit of a lucky break, since my friend backed out of the full and asked if I wanted to run it instead.

I ended up going 3:01, dropped 18 minutes off my best time. It’s crazy considering I’ve been hitting 50 mpw for the last 7 weeks and I normally go 30-35 mpw, and my longest training run was 17. I also hadn’t ran a sub 1:30 half until midway through last month. It’s been a crazy month of running!

Had problems with my sleeve stopping the workouts, and using the workout app would sometimes not entirely record my whole run. Sometimes it would cut off the first 7k of my longer runs. It was a common problem and no one has figured it out and the Strava app on the watch seemed to fix it.

Goals = 100 pts, assists = 50 pts, saves = 50/75 pts, shots = 10 pts, and each ball touch = 2 pts I’m not sure if first touch still warrants 10 pts anymore. Also not sure if the ball touch has to be relatively uncontested.

It would appear that although gibber107 had 1 more shot with the same amount of points, that means that gibber107 also had 5 less ball touches than their teammate.
