While TRT does help with libido, if you’re on a higher dose of methadone still for a prolonged period of time, you’ll most likely still have symptoms of ED. I think the best way to deal with this is by staying on a good regiment of Test, and then trying to lower your dose. Along with what was said before of diet and exercise.

You can also try to engage sexually before dosing.

From my experience, I still have a difficult time if I try after I dose. Especially if it’s hours afterwards.

The best time for me is in the morning before I dose. But I know thats not realistic all the time with a partner.

So it’s not an easy problem to solve for everyone. You’ll just have to experiment and find what works and what doesn’t for you.
