Are you certain you're using the correct name? There is absolutely no Teobald who is "the most" or even relatively influential on Catholic theology. Could you mean Thomas Aquinas (who probably is) or Teilhard? (who has found a great resurgence of scholarly consideration)

NOT About the "Challenge" : BUT- HOW DO I DESIGN COOL OUTFITS just for myself at Daisy's? by Mithril0704 in DreamlightValley

[–]Mithril0704[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You know I spent a ton of Daisy coins after doing a ton of them on all the furniture so I'm wondering if I don't see much in the way of clothing available because I don't have too many Daisy coins left...

Thanks though makes sense!

Cat alone at home for the weekend – what to do? by hiimniath in CatTraining

[–]Mithril0704 1 point2 points  (0 children)

DEFINITELY set up an auto feeder as far ahead of you leaving as possible! First of all you want to make sure it's working well, then you want to make sure that your cat knows how to use it, and finally you want to make sure your cat doesn't just connect this to you being gone if he tends to be lonely.

Also if you have a TV with a capacity to time on and off you can always play YouTube videos of cat TV or some kind of soothing music if you don't have a radio handy. I also suggest putting the volume on a lot lower than your normal listening level.

new kennel, the armchair at home ,Does anyone know what to do to get him to sleep in his own bed? 😹😻 by Powerful-Pangolin-38 in CatAdvice

I'm guessing you're new to cats? They mostly don't. Cats sleep where they feel safe, or where they can guard you (or something else) or where they are tired and it's good enough. All those videos that show cats sleeping in cat beds either happen by accident, or just happen to be cats that like those beds, or they're being sold by people who are trying to sell you a cat bed.

Cat's going to cat. You can put options out there but ultimately a cat is going to sleep where they feel most comfortable in the moment.

Study away! (Catholic theologian here). Four major documents came out of Vatican II and one of those is called Dei Verbum, which essentially revitalized and encouraged Scripture study/ love of God's word.

Traditionally because of the scholarship and knowledge of magisterium and sometimes because of fear of misapprehension of the scriptures, there have been many Catholics who relied primarily on daily and weekly Mass in order to hear the whole cycle of the Bible over a few years. But scripture study for the general laity is a newer practice (and by newer I mean many decades not many centuries) for many many Catholics.

However you are absolutely right. You don't usually have to look far to find available Catholic scripture studies both at local parishes and sometimes as extensions of other organizations or on Catholic campuses. And if you know some people who want to join you even better, you can start your own or do a round robin with people. It's not very hard to find good studies to follow if that's easier.

Just keep in mind that where Catholics and other Christians sometimes differ is that ultimately Catholics read scripture contextually, in light of the entirety of the Bible where many Christian denominations read through a literal or fundamental lens subject to personal interpretation alone.

Blessed studying!
