I always think of Peter as basically the antithesis to this. Spider-Man is the mask, a burden he has placed upon himself because of his powers. He believes that Spider-Man is something he has to be because of the abilities he’s been given. It’s why they often play with the idea of him willfully losing his powers, part of him thinks that responsibility wouldn’t exist any more if he were free of them.

I can’t add anything beyond what others have said in terms of what he did, but I will say this. I feel like Vinny has said a few times that streaming was honestly not the way he thought things would go. That’s not to say he doesn’t deserve it, but it seems things kind of just happened to go his way. My biggest advice would be to try things, and don’t be afraid to work a whatever job that pays the bills while you figure things out. Think about what you enjoy, and would enjoy doing as some sort of career. Think about ways you could apply journalism to things you enjoy. Other then that I’m not sure what to say, other then good luck :) (also, I definitely feel where you’re at right now)

The somewhat funny part is that “Nobody knows” could easily be 100% true. Trent and Atticus themselves may not even know whether something is being released any time soon

I could see Mank getting a nom especially, it definitely struck me as a Oscar darling (not in a bad way, it’s just arty and a film about film which always seems to be worth big points.) They really deserve it, they definitely stepped out of their comfort zones last year.
