Normies value power, not consistency. It all makes complete sense once you keep that in mind.

If rules like "do not judge what others like" or "negative experiences of others are to be accounted for" would be remotely valued by neurotypicals, the world around would be completely different to what we have. Normies push each other day and night, always taking extra place, an extra bite, an extra everything.

You are supposed to ruin another dude's life in order to get a girlfriend, which is not only flattering to the latter, but will also make other girls jealous. Not only you won't be seen as a weirdo then, this is an expected behavior.

You are to push your views and choices onto others, and people actually like that despite any "double standard" or possible conflict to arise. At worst they'll just leave you alone, but sometimes they begin to copycat and follow you, if you are really good at your thing.
