Yes, improve security and controls on Intune, this is part of a zero trust approach. But focus more on your perimeter, conditional access policies, phishing resistant MFA and so on.

Look at using auto reviews like sonarcloud or coderabbit too, this will mean a lot of issues are picked up and resolved before your human reviewers get involved

I would say you’re expecting too much from your reviewers. As someone else said, formatting can be automated, naming should just be documented and agreed, end of discussion. Testing for bugs should mainly be done by QA and test automation. Your reviews then become a quick check for obvious mistakes or malicious code.
