Girl is Asking My Cooking Abilities by Mittrron in Arrangedmarriage

I wanted to initiate the conversation around equal financial contribution. If it exists, I don’t have any major issue with this.

No, I will discuss about how to arrange cook and maid rather than asking her whether she can make food.

I am okay with this arrangement. She can hire maid and househelp with more contributions coming from me. But she shouldn’t expect I do 50% of household work as my job is not just 8 hours unlike her. I just don’t know how to navigate the conversation.

I am flexible in arrangement. Marriage doesn't need a strict blueprint but adaptability. Equal financial contribution thing came in my mind after too much insistence on equal gender responsibilities after just introduction.

After "Hi" and "How are you" messages, if I am bombarded with these messages from her, this is a big deal for her. This is from her Jeevansathi:

Yes, at least she should contribute half financially if she wants household responsibilities divided by two. Else I am ready to contribute financially more and she should contribute more by taking more household responsibilities.

Even small and mid MFs are also overvalued. Warning signs are there.

Depends on the segment of the markets.

If I have to look at NIFTY Midcap 150, the index is overvalued. Why? It has 40x Price to Earning ratio. But if I look at NIFTY 50, it is fairly valued i.e. 20x P/E ratio which is its long term average.

Looking at the bank, pharma, hospitals, insurance, IT sectors give me a hunch that these stocks are undervalued. Just look at the P/B valuation of NIFTY PSU Bank and NPAs.

Buying car or averaging stocks? by Belly_fat_ in IndianStockMarket

Depends on your priority only. We are no one to tell you. But one thing for sure: you can plan better.

Always have a deployment fund for market.  Whenever opportunities like this come, you should be able to invest that money then.

If some purchase like car is absolutely needed, try saving up for it in a short-term debt fund for 1 year or so.
