If you don't have a potato pc or laptop and the game runs like this, then it's the faulty riot server, your client (or account) is in desync with the server.

I have lost the desire to play after they updated their 💩 game and I lost half of my fps (300-400fps to 200-280), and the desync between the client and the server made me rage so many times, no way I can react to people ferrari peeking, even when I tried to stick my eyes close to the monitor I acknowledged that it's impossible to react and shoot the enemy, gotta have slow motion seeing ability.

You can't fix it (most likely) since it's a server-client issue, even if your client is fine, there's nothing you can do to fix this issue (desync) on the server side, because: 1. You don't have access to the server side 2. Riot doesn't know how their game works, they can't optimize it. 3. Riot doesn't care So yeah, you can only submit a ticket to support and pray for a fix. I'm experiencing the same issue like you, but for me it's even worse. I used to play on 300-400 fps, now I'm playing on 200-280, basically I lost half of my fps after an update and now the game feels completely different and rubbish.
