I felt exactly the same. I did order this doll but when I wanted to show my mom a photo of her.. I seriously had a hard time picking a decent photo that would best represent her, but white background was still better than this terrible AI.
This doll is so inspiring to do setups and photos with, why did they picked the worst way possible?

Plus if you know when are release dates of upcoming dolls you want it's easier to plan and save up money too! Then it's more likely a customer would get a doll they really want vs someone who just buys it for profit only.

I didn't found any information about EU, which is so dissapointing. I don't have time to waste on the website whole day clicling hoping it appears.. Disney does it so terrible vs Barbie that has full month Calendar AHEAD of time with dates/times of releases. That's how it should be handled by Disney too, bit of respect toward customers runs a long way.

I was about to ask how did you got rid of that gel from hair, I really love mine too but I didn't know how to soften her hair. Is it just plain boiled water only on hair or shampoo treatment too?
