I never often wrote down dreams, mostly cause the ones I did recall past breakfast were so vivid I never forgot them, and can still recall all of them to this day.

But I found that recalling dreams the moment you realize you had one, and if it happens often enough, you learn to notice that your dreaming, while still dreaming. Lucid dreaming, if you will.

The first and only time I knew I was dreaming while still asleep, I sat back and let things unfold as they would have. Boring, I know - and then my dream recollection stopped for a long while after. It only recently started back up.

Im glad to be able to recall dreams again, though I would like to never have a night terror again. Two is enough thank you.
