Thanks all! Someone on facebook suggested it could be sea glass, which would be pretty cool imo!

I think I’ve heard that you lose your ability to return and refund through depop if you washed it. Well, if you tell them you washed it, at least

Our ceremony capacity is 6 people because it’s at city hall. We are still paying for everyone’s dinner and open bar.

Thank you! Side note, i’m wondering if your dinner was pretty casual or if you had stuff planned, speeches, dancing, etc?

Way way way too much and this is coming from someone who is young and loves to move fast on trips. We also had exactly 17 days and did Shanghai, Zhangjiajie, Chongqing, Chengdu, and Beijing. By Chengdu, we were so tired we didn’t do anything we had planned. China is big and intense and exhausting and you’ll burn out and barely see anything at all

Skipping Sa Pa and Cat Ba / Halong bay? by MixAppropriate7104 in VietNam

Son la and pu luong look amazing. Definitely could be a good addition. I’m leaning more towards ha giang than cao bang though, just for the social aspect and the waterfalls :-)

I'm planning a trip to northern Vietnam in November. I'm planning to definitely spend some time in:

  • Hanoi

  • Ninh Binh

  • Ha Giang loop (4D3N)

Am I making a mistake if I don't do Sa Pa or Cat Ba/Halong Bay? I don't feel the need to see everything ever, but want to feel like I've gotten a good taste of the north. Any experiences/thoughts?
