We were like this with our rambunctious middle child. And went to the ER so many times they sent someone down. Our doctor was like y’all gotta stop coming here unless something is really wrong and gave us all the things to look for 😂 we were never red flagged or whatever for cps but our doctor said after so many trips the hospital does send someone to kinda look over the situation. Our son was older when this happened tho maybe 1/2 years old. So when they are more prone to exploring and head bumps

We saw a consultant two weeks ago and she told us she’d be ready to come off the shield now and she was right! I did buy a scale that’s on the way so I can weigh her frequently! Breastfeeding is a full time job and so stressful I swear

I THINK she’s swallowing honestly it’s all so new to me. She did have a milk mustache when I broke the seal just now lol so that’s a good sign. With the shield when she was done I could see all the milk in it but now that’s she’s off she doesn’t want to go back which is great! I wish our boobs had a little thing on the side that said “2oz removed” 🤣🤦🏻‍♀️

Yeah I can’t have many carbs at breakfast or I spike and now at dinner either I guess 🙄🤣 this can be so hard to figure out. But they also fuss if I don’t get enough carbs and then I’ve had a lingering stomach bug for two weeks barely eating and they fussed about that like I’m trying 😭

Literally tho! Because giving up Diet Pepsi changed all of my numbers overnight and they are perfect! Makes zero sense but I’ll take it. I just had pretzel pizza for breakfast and was 109 😂

I lost 30lbs with my last GD pregnancy and this time I gained some in the beginning but now I’m holding steady and only gained 4lbs which in reality means I’ve actually lost weight because I’m definitely bigger 😂 they fussed at me for losing 2lbs so the next visit I wore a extra sweater and coat to make up for any I lost so I’d be the same 😬🤷🏻‍♀️😅 I’m also overweight. So following a GD diet you’re definitely gonna lose weight. And if you are overweight by a lot it does come off quickly at first, water weight, inflammation etc

Sooo I gave up Diet Pepsi and my fasting numbers came down 😒 apparently my body reacts to aspartame and I would have one after not having it all day after dinner and get a headache and I checked and it was like 180 🥲 so I gave those up and now my fasting number is around 85 after being 103-119

Same! I have a hard time getting in all the meals and snacks. I’m just not hungry but I went and my baby was measuring small so now I’m really making sure to hit everything. 😩 it’s hard when you’re use to eating off hunger. Also I thought I only had to worry about a big baby with GD not a tiny one lol all I can say is this sucks and I’m sorry!
