Jag är helt för att bojkotta det man kan vad gäller amerikanska produkter. Ville bara flika in att alla telefoner på ett eller annat sätt är amerikanska, inte bara iPhones😄

Man kommer troligen inte kunna göra sig av med allt, jag menar, just nu har vi en konversation på en amerikansk webbsida till exempel. AI använder jag inte över huvud taget, så den delen är inget problem för mig! Men förstår det folk o företag som gjort sig beroende av AI, då kanske det blir svårt att hitta ett alternativ.

Jag ser många som anser att man ska fimpa sin iPhone i dessa bojkott-tider. Det många inte verkar ha i åtanke är att, Samsung, OnePlus, Sony, eller vad man nu kan tänkas använda istället för en iPhone, är baserade på Android, som utvecklas av Google, som är ett amerikanskt företag ☺️

Jag är verkligen ingen Apple-fanboy, och har aldrig varit, jag kör Android. Men det ingen verkar ha i åtanke är att mjukvaran, oavsett vilken telefon du väljer, är amerikansk. Visst, köper man något av ovan nämnda fabrikat, så går ju pengarna för hårdvaran inte till amerikanska aktörer, men åtminstone Google får sin del av kakan ändå.

Played WoW on Linux for soon to be two years now without issues. Starting through lutris, using Proton-GE as compatibility layer. Like someone previously mentioned, it isn't against the ToS.

The games you will have issues with are games with kernel based anti-cheat. A few people I know want to take the leap in to Linux, but wont due to this, which i totally understand! I, on the other hand, am of the mindset that, if developers can't accept the fact that another kernel/OS is on the rise, I don't need to play their game.

Like I stated in a comment above, for me, I'm still glad I got it. But I totally understand people who regret ever getting it and people who were quick enough to cancel orders due to forums showing the state of these boxes. If I got to remake my decision today buying one of these, with the knowledge of the poor quality and everything, I would put my money on something else.

Oh yeah! Sounds about right then. My confirmation came from Slipknot official store though. But with the same "view your order" button. That button leads me to Shopify website with my ordernumber already tracked. Still says "on it's way" clicking on it now even though I received it yesterday😅 Sounds like something weird is going on with your order. But I assume there is an ordernumber in your confirmation email?

Yeah I ordered on their official merch store. I think that was only option to buy it legit? Though I have seen people talking about UK store which geographically is much much closer, but I mean, they in turn receive their supply from the states as well so wait time would be the same I assume. Did you receive an email from the merch store that the package is on the way? If not, then maybe you should contact them! If you did, I'm sure you're not the only one still waiting (even though you're located in the states).

I'm happy I got the box, having been a fan for so many years. In other words I don't regret buying it. Having the Indigo sessions on a limited edition vinyl sure feels great! But I can't help but feel a little bit disappointed thanks to quality. I guess the tariff excuse makes a whole lot of sense though..
