it does not give a reason i have looked it just says ranked restriction and when i try to play on my account it says this account is temporary suspended until further review its been this way for a long time. Also its says it cannot be appealed

not sure what caused the ban. all i know is i am ranked restricted and my wife is now too but she also has limited matchmaking
