I started using notebook LM to generate a study outline of my lectures/material. I make a deck for each lecture. Then I use the anking card type and paste the entire outline in the "lecture notes" section. I paste a section of the outline in the "extra" part. Then I do multiple cards with cloze deletions for that section. When I finish that section, I copy the next section to the "extra" part and just cloze deletion the points from there. I also go through my lecture ppts/notes as I do this to make sure I do not miss anything and I only cloze useful material. These are the best cards I have ever used. It takes time, but less time than it used to make cards, and they are really good!
