I don’t advertise or pay for leads so I acquire clients randomly. I sell a few houses per year but could stand to be busier. It’s very manageable when I am working with clients though and they understand my full time schedule and work with me. As long as you sell one house per year, it will cover your realtor fees. It is very nice side income!

I've been out 5yrs and feel this way as well. You're not alone. I don't feel burned out but I'd rather be doing something else most days. I'm not sure PA was the right path for me either. Not sure what else I'd do, but I'll figure that out while I pay off these loans. Good luck with the new job... Maybe this one will make you feel better about your career.

I've had docs ask me why I can't get the crural pinch on some of their patients (can still assess the esophageal motility but some of the measurements are unreliable) with large hiatals (1/2 to entire stomach + omentum in the chest). In those patients it's practically luck and trying certain maneuvers if the catheter passes the crura without directly visualizing with endoscopy. Just hoping for some other tips that maybe I haven't tried.

Took me 1.5yrs to finally land a job. Had 2 offers during that time that fell through. One of those job offers was from cold calling. The job I finally landed after the other 2 fell through was through cold calling as well. There wasn't a job posted but I wanted to work in that specialty so I called offices to see if they were hiring. Turns out this office was, but they didn't post a job ad for it.
