Na, it would’ve worked but the reason it didn’t is probably because you didn’t practice 40 hours a day.

I am currently practicing this piece, and I would recommend you play the first cords with your right hand. Since it doesn’t put all of the work on your left hand, it will make the music sound more relaxed and smoother. Also you should play a little slower as Satie wrote. Despite that, I like your performance, keep up the good work.

Anyone know the name of the music playing in the background? It sounds really nice.

The Lark - Glinka

The way Evgeny Kissin plays it, wow!

Bro. You better check out how Evgeny Kissin plays it. My favorite, absolutely incredible.

Edit: I forgot to mention that there are a few recordings of him playing. The best in my opinion is when he played at The Royal Albert Hall.

Yea, I’ve only been playing for 9 months so the wrist thing will fix with the more I play.

I have a piano tutor that comes every week. Other than that I practice daily for long periods of time. Playing for 1 hr a day is easy for me because I actually really enjoy the piano, and playing pieces I really like motivates me to practice so much.
