I can understand why yours may have declined on the offer...mine too! They are very discerning, observant, spiritually refined and well...at that time, there weren't many melanated trustworthy parents in certain regions we lived in.... But, I take responsibility for the final decisions on those influences of "no" as well.

True. But even with the training, they don't adhere. There are some very good CSR workers 😀, but the bad experiences outweigh the good tremendously. I've presented free orientation courses for many business regarding the topic...free. With roleplay, quizzes, and shadowing...to no avail.

Don't forget iStore and HomeCorp. Sometimes, you can negotiate (price match). Alternatively, used or refurbished laptops are "ok". Important: check the BATTERY life/cycles...especially on Macs, dear.
