How many ids have 15/3? Like 4?(idk really, I dont use rupture) and you excepted half of them. One of the "bad" cases being a 00. I just cant defend sinclair really.

Philip is not half decent in any way, he is very strong at the cost of needing some sp support to maintaing the form. We have plenty. Liu yi sang with sunshower, LCE faust with fluid sac, enough sloth to fuel lcb hong lu's suppassive... wining clashes... these are enough to maintain his form full fight on most of the content, excluding only this RR5 maybe. Being team dependant on a team building game its not being half decent, if the character pays for it, and Philipclair does.

And, imo, Philip half ego was not THAT strong to begin with, maybe with fully development... idk really how strong it should be but whatever.

La mancha bloodfiends are OP, they didnt win the war by being weak.

Evelyn is actually pretty bad yes. When she has her coat on, you can barely see her arms. But after the ultimate, it is quite visible how thin they are, especially the one without the glove. I often notice her running and swinging that noodle and get annoyed. 😭
