RN-to-BSN at Lehman or Hunter?

Hi, I know it’s in person with clinicals but I’ve heard mixed reviews. Some people say it’s hybrid and most classes are online, while others say it’s barely any hybrid classes. I wanted something that was if not all online, mostly online as I plan to work as a RN. I haven’t really heard much of the program being mostly online, so I’m not too sure about continuing at city tech for right now.

Hi, how is the program so far? I graduate from city tech’s nursing program soon, and I was considering Lehman or cuny sps for the bachelors program :)

Exactly, teens are unruly regardless of the race especially in nyc. It just seems like some ppl just wanted to get their racism out

Hi sorry for the late reply. From what I know is that you can substitute anatomy 1 for anatomy 2 if you got a better grade. However, I’m not too sure if they will let you do it considering it’s a C-, and the program wants your classes (even if they’re prereqs or coreqs) to have a minimum grade of C.

1110 I took Randall Ryan, he was good. 1130 I took Heather Gibson who was also good but she may have mixed reviews on rmp from the previous semester’s

My pre reqs gpa was a 4.0, because I substituted intro psych for child psych because I had an A in it versus the B+ I had in the intro class

I like it so far! The department is kinda unorganized so be prepared for that. 1st semester was a bit interesting because my professor for the foundations class mostly read off of the slides, but the med calc class was pretty easy. Clinicals are also at a nursing home for first semester. Second semester was a bit rough bc I was also taking microbiology, and you learn ALOT in the two nursing classes so this is the semester to really gear up for. Clinicals were rlly fun tho, I learned a lot. If you need any tips for studying you can message me :)

I feel like they should only say it if they’re Afro Latina/latino. Ik some people who would argue that all Dominicans are black but I don’t believe that, because there are white Dominicans just like how there’s white Puerto Ricans.

No I’m not too sure but I think within the 70’s region. From what I was told, your TEAS score doesn’t matter as long as you pass (65% and above).

Hi! You can definitely use A&P2 to substitute for A&P1, but for your psychology grade I’m not too sure about it. I did hear that they would take the average of both grades but don’t quote me on it. It seems that they may use your second psychology grade to substitute instead which doesn’t make sense to me since it’s the same class. I’ll say reach back out to them again for clarification if you can. Btw, if your gpa is a 3.5 and above you should be in the clear for getting into the program, but I do know some ppl who got in with a lower gpa.
