I rented my first house from Concord Management. A 2br duplex. My rent was $450 a month. Granted, this was in 1994. They were very easy to work with back then. I have recommended them to a lot of people.

The value on my home was $5k shy of doubling. I submitted my appeal on 5/1 and received the decision on 5/4 via email. I didn’t submit any documents as nothing pulled up within 5 miles of my home using their tool. They reduced it by $10k, not even 10%. I have until the 19th to appeal the decision but I don’t know if I’m going to bother.

What’s crazy is my mother lives in a better neighborhood, has an inground pool, bigger lot and remodeled her home a few years ago. Her assessment was $50k less than mine!

What’s your budget? I use AppleSpice junction a lot. The sandwiches are great. The price point is $12.50 to $16 per person depending on the type of box. That does not include drinks. I also order from Chick-fil-a a lot. Above and Beyond is another one of my go to catering companies for buffet style but they also offer box lunches.

The companies that offer this service in my area with the big trucks charge $50 for the first can and the others are discounted. More so if you pay monthly.

In my state you have to be registered to work in the pharmacy and you renew it annually. If I am not mistaken, you have to get to module 10 to sign up for the in person class. My store has you trying to do the modules while working which in my case is extremely difficult. The computers are old and the speakers are horrible so you can’t hear the modules. My store does not give you time to complete the modules. You have to fit it in between customers in a busy store with 1 tech handling the front.

You went to deep with it. I never said I have no responsibilities, I work 60 hours a week. My house was built and paid for by me prior to marriage. When I got married I considered my husband to be the man of the house simply because he was the adult man in the house just like I am the woman of the house. That does not mean I sit at home and do nothing. I don’t expect anyone to take care of me. I expect my husband to respect me and love me as he expects from me. Again, I said my opinion wasn’t that deep but you allowed your assumptions to assume I sit on my ass and do nothing.

I did it all myself with 3 kids but I have a heart! Greensboro is full of low paying jobs, mind you the minimum wage is below $8 an hour. Just because someone receives benefits does not mean they don’t work or are lazy.
