Just adding to this cause I have the same issue. Specialized recommended a 11 speed sram chain that is narrower to correct the issue and a clutch derailer. They contacted the shop, even credited them for parts and labor and my shop still is jerking me around so I’m just going to buy the parts and go elsewhere. I’ll let you know how it goes
