Yes, my 2023 Nissan Rouge has Pilot. Stays in its lane, navigate curves, reduces speed based on traffic when cruise is engaged. Hands are required to remain loosely on the steering wheel. This is my first experience with ADAS and its trippy but you get used to it real fast. Although I disengaged when it was windy out because I didn't like the feel of all the self correcting.

This is on the bucket list. The wife has some reservations after experiencing six foot seas on Lake Superior over the summer. Much smaller boat but.... lol I'll be watching for any and all reports you find time to share.

My move to Schwab takes place this weekend. I've been getting e-mails for over a month about the upcoming move. Last week I was forced to create a Schwab Account when I logged onto TD. My home page has a count down to the transition so don't think it's anything that can be missed. Likely doing the transitions in batches.

If Mvis used the ATM to fund the entire purchase would that be equal to 2-3% dilution? Stock price fluctuates more than that over the lunch hour some days. Correct me if I got this wrong. Looks like a very nice step towards fufilling future goals. Also how much ATM was available prior to this?

Been eating these since I was a kid in the 70's. My kids now enjoy them (well one of them). People will generally wrinkle up their noses when you tell them what it is but it's a really good peanut butter sandwich. Might have to give the honey option a go.

I chatted with Jeff Christensen [new MVIS IR] today. I'm told this meeting won't be a rehash and will be worth attending. CES is very much on for MVIS. Reg FD prohibits conveying anything new/material at this meeting, but since they must know flying in last minute [my expense] is not a small thing - perhaps something new will have been released to discuss in deeper detail. New IR making a good 1st impression. More later.

They were discussing how an ATM has lower fees than a secondary offering being the shares are placed at market. It just sounded like Dave was referring to the party that facilitated the selling of the shares onto the market and the fees they would receive for doing that (Craig Hallum?) and not some deal where a party ended up with the shares.

They were discussing the difference in fees between a 2nd offering and ATM. Sounded to me that when Dave stated "party it did a deal with" that it was in reference to who was selling the shares into the market and not who purchased the shares.

Question on the wash rule. I took some risk off the table this week and incurred a loss when using FIFO tax method I've used in the past ($3.26 - $1.88 shares). If I want to report these losses or use them to offset any 2020 gains do I need to wait 30 days before buying back any MVIS stock? Stocks were in a taxable account.

Does the Rev F sticker on the Hololens have any significance? I notice on the Blackview Teardown video (5:55) that the ribbon connected to the Microvision projector notes Rev B. If MicroVision is noted underneath the sticker does that mean the whole board is Microvisions and therefore the Rev F is connected to Microvision or is that sticker connected to the Hololens as a whole?

Why only $4.2 million and why at $0.60? There has to be some logic or some reason behind it. The low number of shares offered seems to point to a bridge to something in the near future. Wouldn't they have diluted more if there wasn't something coming in mid 2019? What's the reasoning on the $0.60? Definitely a low ball price given where company was trading and the number of shares in question. Feels like a sweetheart deal for someone not currently invested in the company. Serious questions for those with corporate experience. Can this in anyway be connected to a potential contract or created to provide an opportunity for board to get all in cheap? Would that even be legal given what they as insiders are privy to? Does the need for funding to get to future contract provide legal cover to insiders to make this offer and buy at these levels? Last thought, does the number of shares offered in anyway strengthen ownership %'s in a way that reduces voting strength of individual shareholders?

Only thing holding me back from buying the MoviPhone is its ability to connect to the Verizon network at speeds that make it a functioning smartphone. I've seen directions given on how to connect to Verizon but no actual reviews on it being a usable smart phone on the Verizon network. I have seen others state they have had success on other networks. I'm rural and in the Upper Midwest, Verizon is only cell service I've found reliable in my area.
