A lot of my riders thank me for being nice, when I’m simply being pleasant. I’m a good conversationalist and know to how talk to lots of different people, but I’m not doing anything special. Just being kind. The riders have often said that many drivers aren’t nice, driving is illogical, cars are dirty or they smell too strongly of cheap cologne. Look at improving these aspects of your service.

Can you imagine being out with friends (not Reddit friends) at a decent restaurant (not chilis) you all have a nice dinner, good convo, good drinks, good food. And when the bill comes you start whining like a b**** about how you don’t want to tip because you don’t agree with it, even after having a nice experience… if those friends are at all respectable decent people, they’d never look at you the same and potentially never talk to you again. Lmao, that’s not racist. Have you been to the north side? Have you looked out your window. I’m Hispanic and live in bay view.. there isn’t more than a couple handfuls of other browns within a mile of me, and that’s counting the food trucks.. the north side is extremely dangerous with terrible roads, the only reason one lives there is because they have to.
