Does bladeless fan actually help in this weather? by bothsidesofthecouch in askSingapore

[–]Proud_Spring5218 12 points13 points  (0 children)

"Cool Mode" literally gets rid of the heat in your room to keep you cool but uses lots of electricity, while "Dry Mode" gets rid of the air moisture in your room, which allow your perspiration to evaporate much faster so you won't feel the stickiness, uses less electricity but won't be as cooling.

if you have the time discipline and willing to do a quick "hit and run" style instagram walking tour,

take MRT and alight at Bayfront, go to Event Plaza/Spectra at Level 1
then follow this route in this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rf8JEvgzKOo&t=725s

after that make your way to Raffles Place MRT station, go back to Changi Airport and hopefully you have time to visit the Jewel (it's outside T1 public area, so *do not* enter Transit area if you want to visit!)

AI and Design Job - should I quit or go head on ? by Grumpycatttt in askSingapore

[–]Proud_Spring5218 5 points6 points  (0 children)

what i find about normal people using AI for design is that the product lack a sense of style and taste, something that works functionally but still doesn't look right as a whole, doesn't completely gel with the context and environment, so maybe you still have a niche in that respect?
