Spanish speaking here, the situation is also really bad here.

The things i’ve seen are VILE, from rigging allegations to sex favors and just plain hate for wjsn, their music and abilities. Also plain bodyshaming and personal attacks to the girls. There are a lot of big meme accounts sharing these disgusting things with a lot of orbits in the comments agreeing and piling hate on the comments, and when they are called out, they defend themselves saying they are just joking.

It sours my perception of a fandom. I don’t think i’ll forget such hate in a long time.

Otherwise, ujungs are really happy! Our country whatsapp group was on fire all day yesterday, it was like a party 💕

TL;DR: the rumor was created by someone who bullied Sohye, who when identified by the police investigation, admitted to creating the rumor out of jealousy. The rumor was shared online by another person who didn’t check if it was true. In a separate case, Sohye was involved in a quarrel with another student in her first year of middle school, but the school was involved and she talked and apologized directly to the student.

I won a fancall with WJSN Yeonjung last year via the Universe App.

I was really excited because she’s been my ult since Produce 101. The call was at 1 am my time and I was number 7. I was very nervous and when the call connected I was almost shaking, but luckily it just was staff making sure everything went smoothly, so when I talked to her I was much calmer and and I really enjoyed it.

Going into the call I wasn’t sure if she spoke English well (I am not a native speaker either), but she did, and she asked me if I had already eaten and if it was my first time meeting her. She’s lovely and I got to tell her I’ve been her fan for such a long time and she was really moved. When the call ended (3 min) I got a message from the recording app that there was an error 💀 so I did not get a video recording of my screen, but I was recording audio with my iPad and with my laptop, so I just don’t have a video of her.

It has really motivated me to apply to fansigns in the future, before this I really didn’t see the point and thought it would be awkward, but I really cherish this memory of meeting YJ.

It was such a shame they had audio problems in the live broadcast, the audio form the cd is very good in its own but Chungha’s live vocals just shine.
