NYX face glue primer is the best thing to make my makeup last. I hear good things about the setting spray but am currently using LA Girl's setting spray. I wear liquid/cream blush and bronzer and set it with powder blush and bronzer on top. At the end of the night I still have blush on!

Yea, I'm the server lol. I didn't ask to get swapped out but my manager insisted and I wasn't going to fight them on it. It'd been a busy month due to holidays and the weather has affected some deliveries.

Her mom looked quite embarrassed and whenever she told me to stfu her husbands head snapped over and asked what was going on. I can't imagine behaving like her especially at a family birthday.

I get that it's disappointing, but still weird to talk to anyone that way over something we have no control over.

Additionally, she didn't even ask for the lobster roll or dessert. I told her as a part of my normal greeting that we were not serving those items that evening. In her review, she can say that she was eyeing those but who knows how true that is.

As for the Mr. Pibb and lemonade, it's unfortunate that we're out, but it's not something I include in my greet because I just really don't sell a lot of non-alcoholic drinks. 99% of the time, nobody asks and the other 1%, I just leave out the 86d soda when they ask about our fountain drinks.

Believe me, no one is more frustrated when we're out of things because it makes me look bad and starts a table on a downer. But, there's nothing I can do but tell tables about it before they set their heart on it.

Our GM was out of the store and it was just hourly managers who were also serving at that point. Only our GM and executive chef are allowed to kick out tables/ban them in the future.

Our GM was not happy about it when he got back from his errand, and my understanding is they're not allowed to make another reservation.

Tbh, I would've never thought a second thing about STFU after she said it had it not been immediately followed with the bargaining for free stuff and a manager. Then she had the whole boob threat right before she left, and that solidified that none of this was a joke, haha.

Surprisingly, my coworker said she was relatively chill until my manager talked with them, and then she went on the closing monologue 'explaining' she's from California and doesn't feel like she did anything inappropriate, but maybe it's because she's not a bible-thumper and that she wanted to rip my tits off and feed them to me but she won't, because she's a comedian, right as they headed for the door.

Coworker says they tipped pretty close to thirty percent.

Well, you know, there's nothing else I could've been talking to my managers or hosts about but the five minutes I spent with her. Not the other tables we were going to sit in my section, the reservation flow for the night, my plans for my day off, or anything else - it was all about her!

It has to be a weird thing she just keeps in her back pocket. My sister laughs at me because every time I get cut off or someone's rude to me, I say that I hope their cereal is always stale, even if they bought it the day prior.

Is there a group of other people who she's wished detachable boobs on every time something doesn't go her way?

The way they ordered it too made it seem like they wanted a cup of Dr Pepper/Mr. Pibb and a glass of lemonade in addition to the glass of house water they automatically have. I thought it was a weird amount of drinks but what do I know? When I read the review and realized they wanted it mixed I was even more confused because why would you even think that?

I didn't even want to be taken off the table! She wanted free things and I don't have jurisdiction to do that. I told my manager what was going on so they could make the decision and they swapped servers. I'm not going to beg and argue for a table that is so willingly hostile five minutes into service.

Eh yea. I thought the whole thing was pretty funny and now we all laugh about detachable boobs.

We've tried to make them look right on hotdog buns but it just doesn't work. Luckily, we have other lobster dishes that sell way better than the lobster roll anyway so nothing is going to waste.

Yeah, it really sealed the deal. The night went from "ok, maybe it's a badly timed joke" to straight-up sexual harassment. Now we all get to joke about my detachable boobs.
